Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least one year of security-related experience is required.
A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
Monitor incoming calls, alarms, radios, and electronic communication systems; dispatch appropriate personnel and resources in accordance with site procedures.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, visitor or contractor communications, and other required documentation.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying site contacts and emergency responders as directed by established protocols.
Monitor access points, cameras, and facility activity to help support security-related operations and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
