About The Position

This is an on-call, multi-site position covering 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will not have a set schedule, and work hours will vary based on operational needs. You will work at multiple sites in Hagerstown, MD, performing truck gate access control, observing, and assisting drivers with facility access and exit procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have prior security experience
• Minimum of 2 years of security experience, or prior law enforcement, corrections, or military experience
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must have exceptional attention to detail
• Must maintain professionalism at all times
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to meet and maintain all applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements
• Visible body piercings or visible tattoos are not permitted unless authorized
