Requirements

Active Florida Class "D" Security License (Required).
Valid Florida Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
Proficient with smartphones and basic computer software for mobile reporting and team communication.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and de-escalation skills with a sharp, professional appearance.
Flexible schedule, including readiness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine foot/vehicle patrols, inspect buildings, monitor surveillance systems, and ensure site security.
Manage entry points, verify credentials, assist with traffic flow, and respond promptly to alarms or incidents.
Investigate suspicious activity, enforce company policies, and compile accurate, detailed incident reports and daily logs using a smartphone.
Monitor building systems, report safety hazards or maintenance issues, and perform basic preventive checks on security equipment.
Act as a welcoming, professional resource for personnel and visitors while handling all interactions with tact and authority.
