Requirements
- Valid Florida Class D Security License (Required).
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
- Valid Florida Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and a smartphone for site communication and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for writing clear, accurate reports.
- Professional appearance and strong verbal communication.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of facilities, inspect access points, and monitor surveillance systems to safeguard personnel, visitors, and property.
- Manage entry points, respond swiftly to alarms or emergencies, investigate suspicious activity, and direct traffic when required.
- Maintain daily activity logs, write detailed incident reports, and ensure compliance with site regulations and legal standards.
- Report maintenance or safety hazards and perform basic preventive checks on security equipment.
- Act as a welcoming, professional presence while assisting visitors and staff.
