About The Position

Master Security is committed to providing clients with the most qualified candidates to safeguard their assets, property, and personnel. We have established criteria that our security officers must meet to ensure optimal service delivery and to enhance their chances of success during their tenure with us. This is a Full-Time position on the 2nd Shift, requiring 32 hours per week, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. The role involves foot patrol and front desk duties.

Requirements

Minimum age requirement of 18 years
Legal work status in the US
Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a drug screening
Reliable and functional transportation (Public transportation is not acceptable)
Ownership of a cell phone for contact by Operations Supervisors
Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony arrests or convictions
Ability to obtain an MD Guard Card
Ability to perform duties as stated in post orders, which may include standing/walking for extended periods or lifting
Familiarity with mobile technology (tablets, smartphones, etc.)
Possession of a VALID full driver’s license (public transportation is not acceptable)
Active MSP Guard Card is required

Responsibilities

Maintain a daily log of all activities during your assigned shift at your assigned post
Document all incidents occurring during your assigned shift in a detailed incident report
Conduct walking/vehicular patrols throughout your shift
Enforce customer rules in a professional and courteous manner
Arrive on time and in proper uniform at your assigned post
Check voicemails for Leasing Consultants
Review and discuss post orders with all officers at the post
