About The Position

At Master Security, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the most qualified candidates to safeguard their assets, property, and personnel. We have established a set of criteria that our security officers must meet to ensure optimal service delivery and to enhance their chances of success during their tenure with us. This is a Full-Time position for the 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm. Qualified applicants will receive follow-up emails to schedule interviews.

Requirements

Minimum age requirement of 18 years
Legal work status in the US
Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a drug screening
Reliable and functional transportation (Public transportation is not acceptable)
Ownership of a cell phone for contact by Operations Supervisors
Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony arrests or convictions
Must Have an Active DCJS License
Ability to perform duties as stated in post orders, which may include standing/walking for extended periods or lifting
Familiarity with mobile technology (tablets, smartphones, etc.)
Possession of a VALID full driver’s license (public transportation is not acceptable)
PREVIOUS SECURITY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRIED
Vehicle/Foot Patrol/DCJS required

Responsibilities

Maintain a daily log of all activities during your assigned shift at your assigned post
Document all incidents occurring during your assigned shift in a detailed incident report
Conduct walking/vehicular patrols throughout your shift
Enforce customer rules in a professional and courteous manner
Arrive on time and in proper uniform at your assigned post
