As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Enrollment in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, issue badges, and monitor access activity to support a secure environment. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and respond to security-related concerns. Requirements

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage distribution location.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue and collect visitor credentials, and maintain required visitor, contractor, and vehicle-entry records.
• Control entry and exit for employees, vendors, delivery drivers, and commercial vehicles in accordance with site procedures, escalating access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying designated contacts as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, loading areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
