As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Alarm Panel Operations in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Requirements

Have 3+ years of security-related, law enforcement, military police, or military experience.
Be at least 21 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and facility entry procedures in accordance with site requirements, helping to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations as required.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter, reporting security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and unusual conditions.
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
