About The Position

The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements
- CA DL Required
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a professional environment
- Extensive walking and standing
- Computer literate
- Able to work with multiple computer systems
- Available to complete training on the day shift
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of the position
Responsibilities
- Actively monitoring the premises
- Patrolling a variety of locations
- Preserving order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area
- Providing customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers
- Conducting routine patrols of a 75-acre administrative and manufacturing facility
- Issuing badges
- Controlling facility access
- Answering phone calls
- Assisting customers and contractors
- Maintaining accurate records
- Responding to incidents
- Completing reports
- Performing regular patrol duties
