The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a professional environment. The role involves extensive walking and standing, as officers are required to conduct routine patrols of a 75-acre administrative and manufacturing facility, with a full patrol taking up to four hours to complete. Candidates must be computer literate and able to work with multiple computer systems, as responsibilities include issuing badges, controlling facility access, answering phone calls, assisting customers and contractors, and maintaining accurate records. Fire Safety Officers may also be required to respond to incidents, complete reports, and perform regular patrol duties. Candidates must be available to complete training on the day shift and be capable of meeting the physical demands of the position.
