As a Security Officer Patrol Agent in Stockton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to management and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance, access control, and/or policy-related concerns.
• Monitor activity across the retail location, assist with access and crowd management during busy periods, and provide directions and support to visitors, tenants, and staff.
• Support daily operations by completing routine reports, communicating clearly with the Allied Universal team and site contacts, and following post orders for opening, closing, and incident response procedures.
