Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner while following site protocols and Allied Universal expectations.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify conditions that may require follow-up.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access as directed by site policies, and document observations, incidents, and/or daily activities in required reports.
Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site contacts, assisting with directions and general questions, and reporting security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
