About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer for a manufacturing and industrial location in Brownsville, Texas. The officer monitors assigned areas, conducts routine foot patrols, supports access control, reports observations, and provides customer service and communication. The position includes responding to incidents and alarms according to site protocols and maintaining accurate visitor, incident, and patrol documentation. The schedule is Monday and Sunday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The pay rate is $10.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements that apply under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures and site-specific policies and, when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter.
Monitor access to the location and verify visitor and contractor authorization.
Maintain accurate visitor, incident, and patrol documentation.
Observe and report hazards, equipment concerns, and unusual conditions to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
