The Security Officer is responsible for executing Security duties on their assigned shift to ensure a safe and friendly environment for the guests. This role involves following all company policies and procedures to maintain the security of team members, guests, vendors, company funds, and physical property. The officer will generate necessary written reports regarding security-related incidents, escort and observe customers and employees for safety, identify potential safety hazards, and may act as a Dispatcher to inform outside agencies of unusual situations. Maintaining a working knowledge of the company's facilities and special events, interacting positively with customers and employees, and ensuring a maximum level of customer service are key aspects of this position. The role also includes accepting identification for gaming compliance, maintaining consistent attendance, upholding confidentiality, responding to guest inquiries, and working the required schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. The officer will work physically onsite, ensure safety standards are met, and act as a role model for the company's mission and values.
