About The Position

As a Security Officer Full Time Access Point Security in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, managing visitor access, and communicating professionally with employees and guests. You will support security-related operations through attentive observation, clear reporting, and responsive customer service. The role is full-time and pays $14.50 per hour, with weekly pay. The listed schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements that may apply under state or local laws and regulations before employment.
• Have a valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and communicate professionally with employees and guests.
• Support security operations through attentive observation, clear reporting, and responsive customer service.
