About The Position

Sunstates Security is hosting a hiring event for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flex Security Officers and Shift Leads on Monday, June 29th, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Meet with Hiring Managers for Security Officer and Shift Lead positions on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in the Nashville, Tennessee area. Various days and shifts are available with a pay rate of $18-$23/hr, with weekly pay. Pay depends on location. Location of event: 2451 Atrium Way, Suite 123 Nashville, Tennessee 37214. Requirements

Be able to obtain a TN Security License.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
Ability to pass criminal background and drug screen pre-hire.
Must have availability to work all shifts, mornings, evenings, and overnights for Flex positions.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must regularly walk or stand for extended periods of time and distance.
Exceptional report writing skills.
High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Security officer, law enforcement, and/or military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
