This role is crucial for ensuring continuous and uninterrupted service to our clients by covering shifts due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other unforeseen circumstances. As a Flex Officer, you will be trained at various posts and facilities, providing essential support while maintaining the health and work-life balance of our personnel. Requirements

  • One year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is preferred.
  • Have reliable means of transportation and communication.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance.
  • Must always be accessible for phone communication.
  • Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
  • Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
  • Exceptional Report Writing Skills.
  • Willing and able to work holidays and weekends.
  • Willing to work in all weather conditions.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Clean background and drug screen.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Drivers License

Nice To Haves

  • One year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide trained, competent support by working shifts that become open due to various reasons.
  • Ensure continual, uninterrupted service to customers.
  • Protect the health and work balance of personnel.
  • Be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need.
  • Work shifts as they become available due to staffing needs, some scheduled in advance, others on short notice.
  • Communicate unavailability for scheduled shifts with supervisors.
  • Work at least 80% of short-notice shifts for which called.
  • Perform a multitude of duties as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP.
  • Act quickly and efficiently according to directives.
