Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
A TSA issued TWIC is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and security-related response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
Monitor radio, phone, alarm, and camera systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations by gathering details, relaying information to site contacts and/or emergency resources, and helping to coordinate next steps.
Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, including tracking personnel status, visitor activity, deliveries, and other site-related communications.
Support regular and random patrol activity by communicating assignments, monitoring officer check-ins, and helping to deter unauthorized access around the business and perimeter.
