Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and security-related policies throughout the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the warehouse, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report suspicious activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic operational areas to help support authorized access, observe site activity, and document security-related events.
• Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation, and relay important information during shift changes to help support continuity of site operations.
