About The Position

As a Security Officer Corporate Building Patrol in Round Rock, Texas, you will serve and safeguard clients as an unarmed patrol officer. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide customer service and communication. The position is full time, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, if required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and conduct emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including business areas and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities according to site-specific reporting requirements.
