About The Position

Prevail Security Services is hiring a full-time, unarmed Security Officer/Site Supervisor for a concierge and lobby post. The role supports management with day-to-day site activities, responds to emergencies and alarms, maintains accurate logs, and provides excellent customer service to the client and the client’s customers. The position calls for leadership of a security team and experience in Class A commercial office buildings. Training and ongoing support are provided, with opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Requirements

At least 5 years of security experience, including leadership experience in Class A commercial office buildings.
Valid driver’s license.
Must live near the 77019 area for this post.
Active security license.
Ability to complete digital incident reports and basic understanding of smartphone use.
Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Assist management with day-to-day activities at the site.

Provide employee security and awareness training.
