About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Enhanced for armed patrol at a financial institution in Manchester, New Hampshire. The position provides a fixed weekly anchor shift at an assigned site, with a six-month commitment, and the opportunity to claim additional shifts through a scheduling platform. Additional shifts may allow the employee to vary between part-time and full-time hours, up to 40 hours per week.

The listed schedule is Tuesday, 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. The pay rate is $25.09 per hour. The role involves customer service, armed patrols, access monitoring, responding to incidents, and completing reports while following site-specific procedures and applicable armed post orders.

Requirements

• At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Submit to a background investigation, as permitted by applicable law.
• Submit to a drug screen, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

• An armed guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution while carrying out site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct armed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking areas, entrances, ATM locations, and the business perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and remain aware of activity at the location while following armed post orders and procedures.
• Respond professionally to alarms, incidents, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Complete activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with company and site-specific requirements.
