As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Screening Compliance in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure environment by screening personnel and/or materials, monitoring assigned areas, and reporting security-related concerns. This driving position may include operating a vehicle in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Screen employees, visitors, packages, and deliveries entering and leaving the distribution location in accordance with established procedures.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and delivery records, and report unauthorized access attempts or prohibited items.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entry points, loading areas, and the perimeter, while reporting security-related concerns.
