Requirements
- Active WI Guard Card
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening and drug screening
- GED or H.S. Equivalent HS Diploma
Nice To Haves
- Security experience preferred, but not required for all candidates
Responsibilities
- Monitor facility entrances and access points
- Verify credentials and authorize entry
- Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols
- Monitor and respond to security concerns
- Complete activity and incident reports
- Follow site security procedures and protocols
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
