This is a full-time position with available 2nd, 3rd, and Flex shifts.

Requirements

• Active WI Guard Card
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening and drug screening
• GED or H.S. Equivalent HS Diploma

Nice To Haves

• Security experience preferred, but not required for all candidates

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility entrances and access points
• Verify credentials and authorize entry
• Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols
• Monitor and respond to security concerns
• Complete activity and incident reports
• Follow site security procedures and protocols
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
