About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol Security Officer in Plain City, Ohio, serving a logistics and distribution location. The officer will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible security presence, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and delivery personnel. The role calls for exceptional customer service, clear communication, integrity, and teamwork. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Pay is $17.98 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution facility, loading areas, parking lots, trailer yards, and perimeter.
Monitor access points and observe the movement of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, notify appropriate personnel, and follow established escalation procedures.
Document observations, incidents, and security-related concerns through clear and accurate reports to help deter unauthorized activity.
