As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol CPR Support at Amazon Warehouse in Concord, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control and badge screening, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
X-Ray screening experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of office spaces, exterior areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicate with appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders, and document relevant details.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
