About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer in Vancouver, Washington. This casual, flexible-schedule position varies by day and special event. The officer may provide customer service, conduct patrols, or perform surveillance, adapting to changing assignments while helping protect people and property. The hourly wage is $19.50–$22.66.

The role includes monitoring premises, identifying suspicious activity, controlling access, responding to incidents, documenting events, and collaborating with authorities during serious situations. Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Have a valid state driver's license.
• Have a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Have a state security license if required.
