As a Security Officer Full Time Care Area Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. Requirements

Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
Must be able to restrain individuals.
Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate hospital personnel and first responders.
Conduct regular and random patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Assist with access control procedures, visitor guidance, and directions while maintaining a professional and compassionate presence in a healthcare setting.
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities according to site-specific reporting procedures.
