About The Position
Seeking a Security Officer who, under general supervision and according to established procedures, protects the life and property of all persons on Baptist Health Floyd premises. The role involves patrolling hospital buildings and grounds to prevent fire, theft, and vandalism, securing and unlocking hospital buildings, and responding to the security needs of hospital personnel, patients, and visitors. The position also includes participation in performance improvement activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year minimum experience in security, law enforcement, or IAHSS basic training certificate
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- BLS certification from approved BLS course required, will provide training
Responsibilities
