Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge verification, and security-related screening at entry and exit points.
• Monitor and document the movement of people, vehicles, and deliveries throughout the location, helping to support authorized access within an automotive manufacturing and distribution environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around entrances, gates, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Complete reports and maintain logs related to visitor activity, credential issues, vehicle access, and other security-related events according to site policies.
