About The Position

DSI Security Services is hiring Security Officers in Homestead, Florida. The role helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, their employees, and the public, with an emphasis on professionalism, attentiveness, safety, and customer service. Officers follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions, and complete required reports and documentation. First, second, third, and weekend shifts are available. The position pays $15.00 per hour. Applicants must meet all preemployment requirements, including criminal background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings.

Requirements

Minimum age of 18.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable transportation and means of communication.
Basic to intermediate computer skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, perform moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions.
Must meet all preemployment requirements.
Valid Florida Class D Security License.

Nice To Haves

Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities
