Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
Customer Service Experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a food and beverage production or distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, loading docks, parking areas, storage areas, and the facility perimeter, to help identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery verification in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations through required reports, logs, and shift communications.
