About The Position

Walden Security is hiring a Security Officer to protect clients’ industrial and commercial properties against fire, vandalism, and illegal entry. Clients include office buildings, residential properties, distilleries, financial institutions, telecommunications companies, manufacturing and industrial facilities, hospitals, and other organizations. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 0800–1600, for 40 hours per week. The pay rate is $17.50 per hour. The company provides initial training intended to prepare officers to earn Security Officer Certification. Walden Security describes opportunities for career growth and promotes from within. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to pass criminal background, motor vehicle record, and drug checks.

Requirements

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to pass a criminal background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test.
