As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Representative in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the site. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A guard card and/or license is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with supervisors and/or local authorities when needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, operational spaces, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions requiring attention.
Monitor access points, restricted areas, and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, helping to support orderly operations at a busy transportation location.
Assist with de-escalation, crowd management, and directional support during peak travel periods, delays, and/or other high-traffic conditions.
