About The Position

The Guard Alliance Inc is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will protect people, property, and assets by maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate is observant, dependable, and committed to the highest standards of safety and customer service. As the first point of contact at many client sites, you will represent our company with professionalism and integrity. Daily duties include monitoring premises through patrols and surveillance systems, controlling access points, responding to alarms and incidents, and preparing detailed activity reports. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold a valid state security guard license or the ability to obtain one prior to starting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong observation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
• Basic computer skills for report writing.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment.
