About The Position

NovaTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will facilitate and manage projects by serving as the liaison between business users and software developers. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, communicating project goals, analyzing business processes, and evaluating project outcomes to ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate has a curious and analytical mindset, enjoys solving complex business problems, and excels at asking insightful questions. This individual should possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to recommend innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, Visio, and SQL.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise software solutions.
Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN).
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and Communicate: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Develop detailed specifications for implementation while maintaining customer expectations. Prepare project documentation, business process flows, reports, timelines, and presentations. Communicate project progress and milestones to stakeholders, management, and clients.
Research and Test: Research and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities. Investigate system issues and determine their business impact. Work closely with development and QA teams to support testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Verify that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Collaborate: Collaborate with project managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand technical and business needs. Analyze the impact of requirement changes on project scope, timeline, and budget. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions. Provide recommendations that improve business operations and customer satisfaction.
