About The Position

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites by protecting people, property, and assets. The role includes patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. Security Officers serve as helpful, professional resources while ensuring people on the property follow safety protocols. This part-time flex role is based at the primary site location in Fairbanks, Alaska, and covers call-offs, vacations, and other staffing needs. The wage is $21.00 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

Be 18 years of age or older.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Have above-average computer and technology skills.
Be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
Remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout the shift.
Respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
Have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
Be willing to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
