Security Officer - Corporate Console Room
About The Position
As a Security Officer - Corporate Console Room, you will serve and safeguard clients at a professional services location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, conduct routine patrols, support access control activities, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. The role is full-time and pays $22.50 per hour. The schedule is Tuesday and Friday from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Applicants must have at least two years of security-related experience, a valid New York State Security Guard License, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles. Employment is conditional on applicable background investigation and drug screening. A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions. Licensing requirements may apply before employment, depending on state and local laws.
Requirements

- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
- Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.
- Support access control activities and respond to concerns.
