Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver
About The Position
As a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Glendale, Wisconsin, you will serve and safeguard clients at retail and mall locations. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while working with a team that values integrity and puts people first. The position is full-time, pays $18.00 per hour, and is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and at least one year of driving history.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- At least one year of driving history.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
- Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, common spaces, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations, following established site procedures.
- Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel, and accurately document incidents.
- Assist with access control, visitor direction, and retail operations while maintaining a professional presence.
