About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Response Driver in Monaca, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, monitor access points, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will support badge and access control activities, communicate professionally with personnel and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
• 1+ YEAR WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, process areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials as directed, document visitor and contractor activity, and help maintain compliance with site entry requirements.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, patrol activities, observations, and security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.
