About The Position

Securitas Security Services is expanding its Security Team at SIG Sauer in Rochester, NH, and is looking for a Full-Time Security Officer. The ideal candidate will have a background in military service, law enforcement, or security, along with strong leadership and managerial capabilities. Previous experience in security or management is strongly preferred but not required, as Securitas offers a comprehensive training program. This role is an unarmed security position.

Requirements

18 Years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED.
Standard computer / technology skills needed.
Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic.
Strong customer service skills.
Must have a reliable means of transportation & communication.

Nice To Haves

Previous Military and/or Law enforcement experience.
Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct foot and/or mobile patrols throughout the shift in various weather conditions.
Stay alert and maintain great attention to detail.
Conduct access control duties.
Interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
