As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Computer Operations in Arlington, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and stakeholders while helping maintain an orderly environment. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and policy violations.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately, and promptly communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
