As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Computer Reporting in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while using computer or tablet systems as needed. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, associates, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail sales floor, entrances, receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Document incidents, patrols, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
