About The Position

Full time, unarmed 3rd shift openings needed starting on May 29th near the UT Campus. Security personnel regularly patrols scheduled security circuit where guards walk preplanned and random routes to check locks, investigate alarms, deter suspicious activity and offer assistance to students, residents and visitors. This is post will require the officers to be outside in the elements and requires a high level of mobility as it is walking patrol. Candidate must have the ability to write reports in a clear, concise and accurate manner. Excellent customer service skills and professionalism are required as the officer will build a sense of trust and safe community. Candidate must go through Walden training and acquire a security license upon start. Walden Security can assist with that process. The state will require a background check, fingerprints, a training class and licensing fee. Walden Security will make payroll deductions to cover the requirements of the state. Our Security Officers protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry. Our clients range from Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Manufacturing/Industrial Factories, Hospitals and many others.

Requirements

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Minimum of 18 years of age
Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
Ability to write reports in a clear, concise and accurate manner.
Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
High level of mobility as it is walking patrol.
Must go through Walden training and acquire a security license upon start.
