About The Position

As a full-time TWIC Entry Log Driver in Deer Park, Texas, you will serve and safeguard clients at a chemical and petrochemical location. You will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and conduct routine patrols to help deter incidents. This driving position also involves providing customer service, communicating clearly, and supporting a professional environment.

The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The pay rate is $15.50 per hour.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements and for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access-control points, verify credentials and authorizations, process visitors and contractors, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access irregularities, and critical situations calmly, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, perimeter locations, and parking areas, observing for unauthorized access and unusual conditions.
• Communicate professionally with personnel, visitors, contractors, and Allied Universal leadership about security concerns and site requirements.
