About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time, unarmed Security Officer TWIC Patrol Driver for a chemical/petrochemical location in Deer Park, Texas. The role serves and safeguards employees, visitors, contractors, vendors, and the client by providing customer service, patrolling assigned areas, monitoring access, and responding to incidents. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license and a TSA-issued TWIC card. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The pay rate is $14.75 per hour, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and meet the stated age requirement for unarmed roles. Employment is conditional on applicable background and drug screening.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located; required for this driving position.
Possess a TSA-issued TWIC card.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable law.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply before employment, depending on state and/or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors while following site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor site access by checking credentials, verifying visitor and contractor authorization, and documenting entries and exits.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, communicating observations promptly to site contacts and/or emergency responders.
Complete accurate activity logs, patrol reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal requirements.
