Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and building staff at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Monitor access to the property by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate entry records.
Receive and direct calls, deliveries, and inquiries; communicate relevant information to building management and appropriate personnel.
Monitor security-related systems, alarms, and camera feeds as assigned, and promptly report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate contacts.
