Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, vendors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor front desk access activity, verify identification and visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized entry in accordance with site protocols.
• Answer phones, greet incoming guests, maintain front desk logs and records, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Support shipping and receiving access control by directing authorized personnel, documenting arrivals and departures, and reporting unusual activity or policy concerns.
