About The Position

SecureOne Security Services is hiring on-call Security Officers to fill open shifts and emergency coverage needs across client sites in the Cleveland area. The role is suited to candidates seeking flexible hours or building toward a full-time schedule. Officers are contacted when a site has an open post and must be available to respond on short notice and work at different client locations. Reliable cell phone access, transportation, and availability for varied shifts—including weekends and evenings—are required. Pay starts at $17.04 per hour, with weekly pay and optional access to daily pay.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be able to obtain required security licensing before the first day of work.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be available for varied shifts, including weekends and evenings, and respond on short notice.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide security coverage at assigned client locations on an as-needed basis.
• Conduct patrols, monitor premises, and maintain a visible security presence.
• Respond to and document incidents, hazards, and policy violations.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
• Follow site-specific post orders and company procedures at each location.
